Since operation in 2002, Star Ready-Mix has been serving the ready-mix concrete needs of the Singapore building and construction industry. Together with our diverse range of customers, we are proud to play an active role in the development of Singapore's vibrant built environment.
CAPACITY
With batching plants in 4 convenient locations (Sungei Kadut, Tuas, Jurong Port and in the Eastern sector), we are equipped to produce up to 600m3 of concrete per hour. Together with our large fleet of trucks, all armed with a GPS tracking system, we are confident we are able to meet your concrete demands in most parts of the island.
PRODUCTS & QUALITY CONTROL
PRODUCTS
Star Ready-Mix is a forefront player in the Singapore building materials industry in mixed concrete formed from cement, aggregates, sand, additives and water, mixed and delivered in transit mixer trucks. We offer a wide range of different grades of concrete, to suit our customers’ needs including special concrete like waterproof, self-compacting, eco, precast, quick-setting, slow-setting, coloured, temperature-controlled, high strength.
ECO CONCRETE/GREEN CONCRETE
In our effort to contribute to a greener environment, Star Ready-Mix is proud to announce that we are BCA-certified to manufacture and supply Eco-concrete.
Eco-concrete uses recycled washed copper slag material and recycled granite to replace up to 50% of the natural aggregates used in concrete production. Copper slag is a by-product of sandblasting at shipyards and recycled granite is from demolition waste.

QUALITY CONTROL
Star Ready-Mix’s central laboratory is located at our Sungei Kadut Plant. Regular tests and checks are performed on both raw materials delivered and concrete produced throughout the day. Regular checking include moisture, grading, silt content and organic content of aggregate, cement mortar strength, concrete slump and concrete cube testing. The laboratory also boasts a 50 liters site mixer installed for research and development of new concrete mixes for special applications.
Star Ready-Mix provides testing and engineering design services in the following areas:
